With more than 30 years of experience in the optical field she has found great fulfillment in helping patients achieve clear vision ,while ensuring they enjoy a positive and personalized optical experience.
Providing exceptional care and guiding patients through their eye care journey is more than her profession it is truly her passion.
She especially enjoys assisting patients in selecting eyewear that not only meets their visual needs, but also reflects their individual personality, lifestyle, and sense of style.
Building lasting relationships with patients and helping them feel confident in their vision and appearance, is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work. Outside of the office, she cherish spending time with her family and loved ones. Elsa is proud to be part of the dedicated team at Eye-Q-Vision ,and look forward to continuing to serve her community with exceptional care, professionalism, and commitment.
Julie – Insurance Billing Specialist
With more than 30 years of experience in the optical field, she brings extensive knowledge in insurance billing, patient account management, and patient care to her role at Eye-Q-Vision.
Julie works closely with patients, doctors, and insurance providers to ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently while helping patients clearly understand their coverage and benefits throughout every step of their care.
In addition to managing billing and insurance matters, she assist with diagnostic testing, including visual field examinations and retinal imaging.
She is especially passionate about supporting our contact lens patients and remain committed to staying current with the latest advancements in contact lens technology to provide the best possible experience and care.
Her and her husband called Sycamore home for more than 25 years, where she raised her two wonderful children.

Tonya brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and customer service excellence.
As the first point of contact for patients, both by phone and in person, she is committed to creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for everyone who visits the office. She takes pride in supporting patients, the doctor, and her coworkers to help ensure each interaction is efficient, professional, and successful. Tonya is the newest member of the Eye Q Vision team and is excited to contribute her extensive experience, dedication, and talents to such an exceptional practice.
