Policies

• Cancellations: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 fee.
• Eyeglass and Contact Lens Returns: No returns on custom eyeglasses, but exchanges are allowed within 30 days. Contact lenses can be returned within 30 days if unopened.   
  

Warranty

• Eyeglasses have a 1-year warranty
  
• Lifetime repairs available for frames purchased in-office.
